* DNA appears to have two RNA strands in the pictures to depict that even this DNA is temporary and is not forever. In Scientific literature DNA is its own entity a Master Key whereas RNA is a messenger or replicator of parts of the DNA sequence.
Your inner vibe influences your internal Biology
RNA the single strand, unbound, undefined, it doesn’t fully know itself. From here the RNA is ready, is willing to be and become anything that is necessary for survival.
DNA is predestined from the moment the sperm meets the egg to become a zygote.
Snakes, a beginning from an end.
Ladders, a beginning from a different beginning.
There is no right, there is no wrong. There is that which works for your cells, towards its healing, towards its growth and then there is that which doesn’t work. Truth is everyone and everything is just “figuring it out for themselves”. We invest a lot of time into the thinking mind. However, if we took a moment to sit with our spine straight, to breathe and relax our internal systems, the body will know automatically what is needed for this body to heal.
The question here is how much of YOU is in the way of YOUR healing?
In this picture of snakes and ladders the numbers begin from 1 and end at 42. When I was colouring in this page I began channeling into my life, seeing the individual numbers as colours in time which painted a memory of “what once was” and through this a healing began to shift and happen within my being.
Anything can be used as a tool for healing, for internal growth, to enhance your courage and give love to your heart. Conscious Whispers has many hidden codes and symbolisms which only come to light as you colour and grow with each page.
You know what that means?
With each page your beliefs are being shifted.
With each page your RNA is changing.
With each page your DNA is transforming.
By the end of the books the way you choose to experience life will enhance. It will grow and glow from a place thats internal and sacred to you, your heart. That’s a divine and unique place to live life from.
Before then, pull out the rug that’s hiding away all your thoughts and feelings. One by one, age by age, shift through the memories, the layers of old. Bless them all. “You made me who I am today, thank you”. Blessing and thanking is a healing way to move in any moment. It sets you free of feeling hate and anger, that inner fuel, that inner fire, can be used to alight a passion inside of you instead.
As the rug gets cleared you realise that it was never a rug you were sitting on. It was a magic carpet. One that lifts you, moves you differently. Creating a space, a freedom, for you to be more you.
The game of RNA and DNA is your magic carpet, it contains hidden codes of emotions. Creating light in those memories takes you a step closer to being able to sit purely in your own heart. Your journey, your codes are unique for you. Let go of the shame, let go of the blame. See it as a chapter that was there to speed up the character personality building inside of you.

Behind the shame is a little version of you who just needs a hug.
Behind the guilt is a little version of you that holds power in their truth.
Behind the blame is a heart that says it was all the divine’s plan.
There’s a creator involved in our game of snakes and ladders. You are not alone. You didn’t create this body or this Earth. You are just hosting the body which we one day will hand back to our creator and when we do make sure it is lighter and brighter than when it was gifted to you.
