The Fs
Words can create Freedom
The F’s
Which F are you feeling into today?
Everyone has a moment,
no need to make that moment
more than it needs to be.
With every F we can Fast Forward ourselves
into a new you.
No F needs to be Final
yet it may be the doorway into our freedom.
Every F has its day
let that F be filled with
Fun, Fantasy and
Faith.
The F word
Let’s Fast Forward to Faith which ultimately creates this Feeling of inner Freedom. Free-from-the-dumb!
The dumb being the uncontrolled mind which wastes energy pondering repeatedly on the same things with no internal evolution in sight.
Stop. Please stop.
Re-visiting life experiences without a guide, a mentor, a coach or a teacher who can help you see the light, the growth, the energy and that which you can not see will continue to exhaust your energy.
We don’t know what we don’t know
I recently did an exercise “Love your Body, Mind your Thoughts” with a coach. At the end she said I could see that I was loving all the different parts of me but what I didn’t realise was I never told my heart “I love you”.
Many of us are this way.
Stuck in the Fs.
Until we lead our heart’s into Faith to create real Freedom from within.
My Nervous System feels Nervous
Well of course your nervous system feels nervous because it’s been labelled that way.
The Nervous System is there to keep us alive. It’s also been labelled in a way to keep you trapped in “nervous energy”. Freedom would be to change the word Nervous to:
(as scored from Chat GPT)
- excited
- eager
- anticipatory
- thrilled
- energised
- pumped
- enthusiastic
- stimulated
- invigorated
I do like this list.
A practitioner can now speak to it’s client and ask
“Would you like to tell me what you are feeling excited about?”
“Would you like to share why your energy maybe so eager?”
“What do you feel you are anticipating?”
“Is there anything in particular which thrills you at the moment?”
“You seem energised, tell me about it”
“What has you pumped today?”
“I am loving the enthusiasm, would you like to share what brought this on?”
“What has you stimulated today?’
“Wow, I have never seen you invigorated before, please do share”
I am living excited for life
Remove the word nervous and the game changes.
If someone were to stop me when they see my hands shaking, my voice trembling, my heart beating fast and ask me “what has you so excited/thrilled to be here” my energy may just calm.
Instead I am seen as something to be fixed. “Do this, try this, be this”. No.
Real healers don’t see “broken” they see someone who is breaking open from their shell. A life emerging that hasn’t awoken for a very long time and they let her be. They let her find her hands, her feet, her head and her heart as she cracks open from all the pressures of the world which she once called in as “that’s mine”.
