Why me? Why this? Why oh why?
The tale, the story,
behind every why
sits in the heart
of you and I.
The heart holds secrets unknown
and it’s only those who travel deep within
who get to understand the truth of its depths.
One must first be willing
to face themselves,
in their own heart.
Rejection is Divine Perfection, offering Peace and Protection
Why?
If I had a £1 for every why I have asked and every why I have heard others speak out loud. I would be super rich.
At the bottom of why is an endless well that lives in an infinite heart of many possibilities.
Like the Hollywood movie “everything everywhere all at once”. A string of lives upon lives being lived at the same time in different times and places. The question remains, which why are you searching for?
In the end the why doesn’t matter, what brings the heart growth and healing is all that has ever mattered.
If you look to why, you will be left with more why’s.

Two of the most common why’s I come across in my work with healers and others. My response:
Why did your heart need this?
This is a question only you and your heart can answer. It may take some deep reflection, journalling, meditation, breath work, understanding and compassion to appreciate the gift from the why that is being asked here.
Take your sweet time. There is no rushing when it comes to being in your heart.
“I need to know though”
The answer is within you. No one person can have or hold that answer for you. Once you spend time in your heart you begin to see questions like why as pointless. One begins to smile as they see the play of the creator in perfect action.
“The why was only there to lead me into my own heart”
When we reach our hearts the emotions transform into compassion. True healing occurs and Love is no longer something that happens from external to internal it is ALL internal.
You can choose suffer-ring or not
To suffer-in or suffer-ring
An internal process which can feel endless until one chooses differently for themselves.
The secret is in reclaiming back your inner power and making everything and anything into a blessing that happened FOR you.
It sounds crazy at first but it’s no different to seeing everything happen against you or for you. The energy and frequency of the vibration are different, that’s all. One causes distress through suffering. The other creates healing through blessings.
The ride you take into your why is your choice:
