Unlock the key to your own heart
The REAL gem was always in your own heart
Unlock the key to your own heart
A treasure chest sits locked,
the key to the chest is right there beside it.
Shaped in a heart.
Once unlocked the heart sets itself free from the chest
and strands of DNA float out harmoniously.
Your chest is not a captor, it is a protector,
unlock your heart and set it free.
Guarded by your ribs your heart remains inside of you,
never leaving your side.
Never place your heart on your sleeve again.
Leave it in its original home, your chest, your centre,
guarded by your ribs.
When we open our heart, we set ourselves free, to be,
whoever we truly are.
It’s time to unlock your highest potential.
Only YOUR key can access your True heart
We wonder and we search as we ask others:
“do you know where the key is to my heart?”
“have you seen where I left the key?”
One day you are asked “what does the key you are searching for look like?”… the heart is silent, the mind searches within and ponders to itself “no one has ever asked me that question before”.
The heart and mind go still for neither the heart nor the mind can see or feel the answer to this question. The eyes close and what happens next is inner alchemy.
The body is the key
In fact the body is a temple to be worshipped, nourished, adored and adorned.
Not everyone needs access to its majestic energy. What emanates through this body is the dance of your own heart. When the walls are up you know. When the walls fall down you know. The body is always whispering the heart’s wishes and majority of us fail to hear, to deeply acknowledge and listen to its calling.
The call is always the same “come home to me” whispers the heart.
That’s far too simple, way too airy fairy, yet those who practice the art of stillness within are those that flow with their inner spirit uninhibited by others.
The heart lives in its own treasure chest
With the body being the key and your heart protected within its domain notice the placement of the heart. Surrounded by the lungs. Protected by the ribs.
Both the heart and lungs are deeply protected by the ribs, the body’s own guardians for its treasure chest. The heart is fed Amrit (nectar) by the lungs in the form of oxygen.
The treasure chest is not fully sealed. It is open with a view, with purpose and on purpose.
Why? Because the heart gives and the heart receives.
Never leave your heart on your sleeve again
The creator placed your heart with Guardians and we foolishly leave our ever so important heart on our sleeve so it can be crushed, played with, trampled on and destroyed? Madness.
Keep your heart centred in its original home. The chest. Protected, nourished and guarded.
We are each responsible for this treasure we have each been given. The soul objective is to never intentionally harm our own heart or the heart of others. Yet, also never protect your heart so much that it misses the opportunity to fall deeply in love with itself and others. Balance is the key.
