Shift the gears on your Beliefs
and Drive with faith
Shift the gears on your beliefs
Our every belief can be placed into a gear.
There are beliefs we drive forward with into the future.
Some beliefs leave us driving in reverse, into the past.
Other beliefs are non-moving, neutral, creating presence in the moment.
The speed at which we go, which we grow,
towards our beliefs won’t necessarily
take us faster to our destination.
There is a time and a place for every belief.
Above all keep shifting the gears
towards your inner faith
and BE.
Parked
Stillness, to take piece and create peace within.
To breathe, to honour the space outside of you and inside of you. To reflect and heal whilst being in one place.
We begin from a Parked position, from stillness and then we enter the playground of the divine. We gear up for our day ahead. The way we begin defines how we grow through it. In each moment take a breath and come to be within the body. Parked in the silence of your breath.
There is a time and place for everything but also be mindful to not hide away from your Karma. Sometimes the peace and comfort feels great and often times messages will seep through which require you to take action and shift into your gear box. Get ready.
Drive 1, 2, 3
Speed at which we individually go to grow will be different and on purpose for each of us. Faster does not mean quicker.
In the speed “to get there” we can lose sight of the pearls of wisdom which emerge from the journey.
We all set off from gear 1 and move up gradually to the other gears. Yes, in an Automatic car we don’t have to “think” about the gears yet the concept is still the same. Slow and steady.
We often see those who have stepped up into 4th gear and beyond in their life but what you didn’t see was the patience, the practice, the sweat, the tears, the growth, the healing and all that had to take place for one to be driving leisurely at a speed that at times may seem too fast for us.
Accept and embrace where you are right now. If you’ve been asked to go slow know that this too is for your own protection. To override that protection will lead you on a forced journey which reminds you why patience is your best friend for LIFE.
Reverse
To live in the past.
If you are driving in reverse constantly you may find your neck beginning to strain from continuously looking and checking behind you for danger. What effect might that have on your glorious nervous system which runs up and down the spine?
The past is not home. The past is a window into life experienced and wisdom earned. We can visit the past to heal from it, to grow from it and understand that it happened for reasons beyond our current comprehension. Hindsight after all is a gift in itself.
The past is a place for infrequent visits to tap little you on the shoulder and say “we made it”, “we did it”, “yay us”.
Past is not forever. It is that which has already been done and in this moment we can be undone from the tensions it stored within our cellular body.
