No end happens
without a new beginning in sight.
Accepting change is always here

We experience night and day as a reminder
that as one day completes with the night sky
another day blossoms with the morning sun dew.
It’s alchemy to know and understand
that on either side of the door
you will always be supported
by divine light.
The End
Do you remember watching cartoons or animated movies where it would politely inform you at the end of the show “The End”. Yet it was never “The End” because our minds would be processing the story unfolding from that point onwards. Until next time or until we meet again would have been more realistic in some settings. The End is just so final but life has taught us that an “ending” is the birth of a new beginning. It means space has been created for something new to emerge. Or even for life to begin again.
When we see the stars and the moon at night we don’t say “the end” we say “good night” because the intention is that we rest well for the journey ahead of us on the next day.
Even at the end of a rope there is space for something new, something more.
The Beginning
To begin, like at the start of a video game or any journey. To begin does not mean the journey hasn’t been taken before. It may just mean it is being taken by a wiser, more life experienced version of you.
Some beginnings are brand new and give rise to a new sun in your sky. Depending on where our emotions are that beginning is greeted with joy or with anguish. It’s ok to feel scared, overwhelmed and out of your comfort zone it’s not ok to let that stop you from continuing the journey to new heights.
The sun rises and it is always considered a new day, a new beginning. We often hear people close to us proclaiming “from today I will…”. This is the beauty of life. We sleep and the previous day comes to a close. We awake and a new day awaits us.
